What if I have a dietary requirement?

Unfortunately we cannot cater for specific food allergies however some meals may be suitable if you have a specific intolerance. Please contact us to confirm the suitability for you.

 What are the cut of times for orders?

Orders need to be in by 8:30pm Saturday for the first delivery on Monday. If you have missed the cut off don't worry, you can still order Wed-Sun meals. The cut off for Wed-Sun is 6pm Monday.

 What happens if I miss the cut off time for an order?

If you place an order after the cut off, your order will then be add into production for the following delivery day available. For any questions please contact us at info@thinkfood.co.nz

 How long will my meals last for?

The meals will last up to 3 days in the fridge. Please check our labels for all best before dates on each meal if unsure.

How do I reheat my meals?

All meals come fully prepared and ready to eat, heating instructions are provided on the label and enjoy!

Will my delivery arrive chilled?

Yes, all your meals are chilled to 5 degrees as per MPI Food Safety regulations and are temperature controlled throughout transport to your gym fridge.

When should I expect my delivery?

All meals are made fresh with a 3 day shelf life so we have broken down the week packs and your meals are every available for you to collect from your gym if selected in the cart or pickup from us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All deliveries to the gyms are done prior to the first class of the day to ensure they are available for everyone. For any missing delivery’s or query’s please email us at info@thinkfood.co.nz

Is my packaging recyclable?

While we try our best to help keep the environment clean, due to the MPI Food Safe regulations to keep your meals chilled and safe we have found recyclable containers are not 100% reliable and would prefer to be able to offer our customers the best quality and freshness of all thier meals.

Do you have a refund policy?

We are happy to offer our customers a full refund for any packages that are received damaged. All Daily and weekly plans we have a refund form which you can download here. After we have received this and once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and the funds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All full Challenge plans require a 2 week notice period before cancellation. All refunds will incur a 25% admin fee.
