What happens if I miss the cut off time for an order?
If you place an order after cut off, your order will then be delivered the following delivery day available .For any questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the cut of times for orders?

Orders need to be in by 8:30pm Saturday for delivery on Monday, 1pm Monday for delivery on Wednesday, 1pm Wednesday for delivery on Friday.

How long will my meals last for?
The meals will last up to 3 days in the fridge, each delivery has meals for two days’ worth of consumption. Please check our labels for all best before dates on each meal if unsure.
How do I reheat my meals?
All meals come fully prepared and ready to eat, look at your heating instructions provide on each different meal and enjoy!
Will my delivery arrive chilled?
Yes, we use an external chilled courier service which means all your meals arrive at fridge temperature. This means that you will need to be present when your order arrives to put it in a fridge. We encourage leaving a chiller bag out if you cannot commit to be at home or work during delivery hours.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, but please ensure that you have a cool secure place as we cannot take responsibility after it has been dropped off. The boxes are thermally stable for 2-4 hours outside (dependent on the temperature outside, but we cannot be held responsible for this). Your goods have been refrigerated up until the minute they are delivered. Please update your delivery instructions to ensure our driver knows where to securely leave your package.
When should I expect my delivery?
Our delivery’s days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Because we use an external courier company we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We can say that all delivery’s will arrive between 6am and 1pm. For any missing delivery’s or query’s please email us at email@example.com
What if I live in a gated complex or high rise building?
Please give us instructions that include how to locate your apartment, gate code or buzzer id or if its ok to leave at reception.
What F45 gyms do you deliver to?
We delivery to Newmarket, Grey Lynn, New Lynn, Swanson, Mt Eden, One Tree Hill, Mangere, East Tamaki, Howick, Karaka and Takapuna. All these options are available when you checkout.
Is my packaging recyclable?
Yes! We work with 100% recyclable containers which are commercially compostable. Your delivery box can be recycled in your weekly recycling
How do I get a refund?
We have a refund form which you can download here. After we have received this and once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and the funds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All 8 week plans require a 2 week notice period before cancellation. All refunds will incur a 25% admin fee.
